Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Morty Dom Cattery website at mortydomcattery.site or submitting an adoption application. By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate kitten adoption inquiries. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
Submitting an adoption application does not guarantee placement of a kitten. All applications are reviewed at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.
A kitten is only considered reserved upon receipt of a deposit and execution of a signed adoption contract. Until both conditions are met, all kittens remain available to other applicants.
Deposits are required to reserve a kitten and are non-refundable unless Morty Dom Cattery is unable to fulfill the adoption due to circumstances on our end (such as the kitten becoming ill prior to go-home day). Deposit amounts and payment terms will be outlined in the adoption contract.
Our 2-year health guarantee applies to hereditary genetic conditions as outlined in the signed adoption contract. The guarantee is subject to the conditions and exclusions stated therein, including maintenance of regular veterinary care and indoor-only living requirements. Please refer to the adoption contract for full terms.
Delivery arrangements, costs, and methods are agreed upon between Morty Dom Cattery and the adopter prior to go-home day. All delivery options are subject to availability, weather conditions, and transport provider routes. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including airline cancellations or weather-related disruptions.
If for any reason you are unable to keep your kitten, you agree to contact Morty Dom Cattery before rehoming the kitten to any third party. We prefer to take the kitten back rather than have it placed in an unknown home. Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, kitten availability, pricing, and details may change. Please contact us directly to confirm current availability before making any decisions.
All content on this website — including text, photos, and design — is the property of Morty Dom Cattery. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Morty Dom Cattery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from the adoption of a kitten beyond the terms expressly stated in the signed adoption contract.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
